Two musical groups have been evicted from the Ninth Edition of the TV3 Talented Kids competition.

They are the Future Leaders Group which had earlier been recalled into the competition and the Smart Kids Group.

They were evicted because their performances were not good enough to keep them in the competition.

During the event, it was exciting to watch the kids as they displayed their talents and skills in dancing, singing among others to the amazement of judges and audience.

Sixteen contestants who have so far made it to the episode six of the competition showcased amazing talents in their area of interest at the TV3 studio in Accra.

The 16 contestants who performed included, the Double M, Paniel Doodo, Okodie Band, Lutherking Band, Ashley Chucks, Gyenyame Dancers, Hakeem Issah and Smart Guys.

The rest were Nelisah Attiogbe, Nana One, Young Stars, Samuel Owusu, Aristo Jokers, Revelation Dancers, GH Acrobats and Future Leaders.

Performances which got the studio audience excited was when Double M performed a song by Chidinma (I’ve fallen in love with you) and Okodie Band as they also sang a song by Mzvee (Sing my name).

Nelisah Attiogbe, the hair dresser, styled a young girl’s hair on stage so beautifully that the faces of the judges were lit with smiles.

The Producer of the programme, Miss Salima Awudu, said the programme was organised for children to unearth their talents.
