Silicon Valley School emerged victorious in the maiden Alpha Aviation Holdings ‘What Do You Know’ quiz competition.
The competition was organised by the Kilo Alpha Aviation Holdings for pupils from various basic schools across the country.
It started from the zonal to the regional level where eight pupils were selected from their respective schools to compete in the semi-final contest. At the end of the exercise, four finalists were selected for the final at the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC).
At the end of the event, Awurakua Biney from the Silicon Valley International School, Ofankor-Barrier in Accra, came out tops.
As part of her winning package, she received a return ticket to visit the Wright Brothers Museum, North Carolina (U.S.A), from the main sponsor of the competition, Ethiopian Airlines.
The presentation of her prize was done at the East Airport International School by the Country’s Representative of Ethiopian Airlines and the executive of Kilo Alpha Aviation Holdings.
