How would you be spending your Christmas holidays?
Christmas is a season when a lot of people around the world make merry to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ.
Some children have shared their views on how they would be celebrating their Christmas holidays.

I will be going to Melcom with my parents for shopping this Christmas. We will buy a lot of ice cream and drinks. We will later come home and prepare one of my favourite meals, rice and chicken stew and enjoy our food with some melodious carols in the background.

I will celebrate Christmas at home with my family. I will help my mum prepare food in the kitchen. I will also watch Christmas movies and songs.

Christmas is a big season for me. I will be celebrating with my friends and family at home. On Christmas Day, we have a family get-together where I get to meet my family members whom I haven’t seen in a long while.

Christmas is the season when I sit down to reflect and take stock of my life. I will look at my academic performance and find ways I can improve in the coming year. I will also make New Year’s resolutions to serve as a guide for 2023.

I will be visiting family members I have not seen for long and hope that I will have lots of drinks and food to eat. I will also be acting as an angel in nativity play at church.

I will celebrate Christmas with my friends and also will not miss church during the festivities. We have a lot of Christmas activities at church and want to enjoy every bit of it. They include a Nativity play, a night of carols, a praise programme and a Christmas party.
