Many lessons from Charles Antwi’s unfortunate drama

It is said that in every misfortune, there is a lesson to be deduced. The same could be said of the ill-fated plans of Charles Antwi, the man who has made history for a very wrong reason.

Last week, the country was engulfed in what may be described as the Charles Antwi drama. Charles Antwi is the man who allegedly went to the President’s place of worship two Sundays ago with a gun to eliminate him so he could realise his ambition to become the head of state of Ghana.

He is said to have alleged that he had been nurturing the ambition to be the President of Ghana since former President John Atta Mills passed on.

Ordinarily, the speedy trial and incarceration of the man should have closed the chapter on Mr Antwi. But no, it rather opened up and broadened the discussion the more. In the process, many more lessons have evolved.
