The Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts (MTCCA) was in Parliament in November 2013 to answer a question posed by the MP for Kintampo North. The  Member ‘wanted to know what plans the Ministry had to develop the Fuller and Kintampo Falls at Kintampo’.  

The Fuller and Kintampo Falls are two of the myriads of visitor attractions God has given Ghana. Attractions may be natural or man-made and not necessarily fixed or permanent.  I share the tourism writer, Mr Kofi Akpabli’s view that attractions need not be “stagnant”. Consequently, palm wine tapping, pito brewing, palm oil or shea butter processing, or even a woman carrying a baby at the back can be an instant attraction.  Funerals have become attractions too. Ghana has also been a recipient of one of the most dramatic non-permanent natural attractions –
