People mostly take to social media during festive seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Ramadan, Sala, and Christmas, among others, to post pictures or wish friends seasonal greetings.
While some of these celebrations are limited to certain people, religions, and geographical boundaries, others are global in nature. One of such global occasions is the last day in every year.
During the last day of every year, people use social media to account to themselves and their friends how their year had been, the successes, failures and their projections into the New Year.
