Thank you, Rachael of GCB Bank

I lost my wallet containing my Ghana card, driver's licence, ATM cards, fuel card, and a big amount of money on Tuesday, November 22, 2023.

It was a devastating experience and it disrupted my whole week. During the process of securing new cards, a lady by name Rachael at the GCB Circle Towers was my angel and hero.

Because I have had terrible experiences at all the places I went to replace my cards I thought the usual uncooperative attitude would be experienced there too.

To my utter surprise, Rahael at the ATM card collection counter at the Circle Branch of GCB Bank was the only angel during this arduous and sad journey.

When I told her about my predicament, she commiserated and encouraged me to exercise patience and not be too troubled.

After calming me down like a trained and experienced psychologist, she took me through the process.

Within 10 minutes, Rahael got me a new card and helped me to reset the pin code. Rahael, God bless you.
