Pursuant to our complaints of low voltage and power fluctuations, to your good office per letters dated September 10, 2021, March 14, 2023, and July 24, 2023, we the undersigned wish to thank your good office for the resolution of this complaint.

We are exceedingly grateful to inform your good office that as of December 5, 2023, we have witnessed a marked improvement in power supply to our area and homes.

We are particularly grateful to the District Engineer, Eric Adjetey Mensah, for his unyielding unalloyed and tireless support in getting a solution to this seemingly intractable problem.
