Nubuke kicks off anniversary

The exhibition opens at 10.00 a.m. in the main gallery and ends on October 31.

The outfit is a space dedicated to the promotion of Ghanaian visual art, culture and heritage.

At the Nubuke Foundation, one can enjoy programmes ranging from exhibitions on art and Ghanaian culture, heritage and history, art workshops, poetry and drama.

The upcoming exhibition is more than a glimpse into some of the rarely seen works collected over the years by the founder members of the Nubuke Foundation. With most works by Ghanaian artists, this exhibition highlights the focus of the Nubuke Foundation's mission.

Works were acquired from established, mid-career and younger recent art graduates and complemented by woven textiles, clay and bead works commissioned and collected from different parts of Ghana.
