Music to flow at Ovation Night
Some of the finest Ghanaian and Nigerian musicians are ready to give of their best at the seventh edition of Ovation Carol & Awards scheduled to take place today at the State House Banquet Hall, Accra.

The artistes include Yemi Alade, Chidinma, Kwabena Kwabena, Wiyaala, Mzbel, Okyeame Kwame and Trigmatic.
Others are Gyedu Blay Ambolley, No Tribe, MzVee, Stephanie Benson, and Abiodun Koya.
Celebrities who will be be present on the night, according to the organisers, are Yvonne Okoro, Anita Owusu, Juliet Ibrahim, Efya, Amanda Jissih and Ama K. Abrebrese.
Established in 2007 in Nigeria with events following in 2008, 2009, 2012, the Ovation Carol & Awards charity event was for the first time hosted outside Nigeria in 2013 when it came to Accra. It is organised by Ovation International, publishers of the well-known Ovation celebrity magazine.
“ The Red Carol has for years been the biggest end-of-year event in Nigeria and we are certain that bringing it back to Ghana by popular demand for a second year makes it even more special,” said fashion designer and advertising executive, Ms Makeba Boateng, who is a member of the planning committee.
“Ghana has been particularly positioned by the magazine as a major tourist destination and here is an opportunity once again to welcome distinguished visitors to this great gathering.”
