The two, are popular for their songs, Imela and Double Double, respectively.

Urban Praise group, Harvest Gospel Choir, Winneba Youth Choir and the refreshing and new gospel sensation, Kakra Nartey, are leading the pack for the Ghanaian artistes.

Organised by Harvest International Ministries, Harvest Praise, since its inception 17 years ago, has provided gospel music lovers the opportunity to enjoy spirit-filled songs sung by their favourite artistes.

Over the years, it has been used as an evangelical tool to reach out to the masses through music.

According to the organisers, the concert, which is inter-denominational, has “blazed the trail of what has become a cocktail of gospel music concerts splashed across the country”.

Ghanaian gospel artistes who have graced the Harvest Praise stage in the past are: Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Diana Hamilton, Phillipa Baafi, Qweci Oteng and Danny Nettey. Others are: Cynthia Maccauley, Yaw Antwi Dadzie and Obaapa Christie (Christiana Love).

The concert has also seen performances by international acts such as American gospel music maestro, Andrew Couch; South Africa's talented Benjamin Dube; Darwin Hobbs, Bob Fitts and Kurt Carr.
