Dansoman hosts DC Payback Concert

The Liberty Park in Dansoman will today host a number of Dansoman-based artistes to rock fans in a concert dubbed, PayBack. The show will feature a number of artistes such as Samini, Sonni Bali, Trigmatic, Kaakie and Tic Tac.

According to the organisers, YFM, the rationale for putting together such an event is to give music lovers in Dansoman a treat of good music and performances in “appreciation of supporting their own”.

“We are giving them a platform to thank their home-based fans for their support all these years” PY Addo Boateng, Event Manager for YFM said.

He said that he was hopeful the show would live up to expectation as the lineup of artistes are known good performers on the music scene.

Dansoman, popularly known as DC, became the hub of good music in Ghana with the emergence of popular artistes such as Sonni Balli, Samini, Ex-Doe, Tic Tac, Shatta Wale and Kaakie.

The PayBack concert is being organised by YFM and the Dansoman Community.
