5th MTN 4Syte Music Video is here
The much talked about MTN 4syte Music Video Awards will take place on Saturday, November 16 and it promises to be a good show at the Accra International Conference Centre when the big names in the entertainment industry pass through.
4syte TV CEO, Ignace Hego and his guys at 4Syte Studios have managed to build a big brand through 4Syte TV, 4Syte Celebrity Birthday Bash and 4Syte Music Video Awards over the years and over time, the latter has become a colossal part of the entertainment calendar.

Artistes and their managers look forward to it to know whether they would be nominated and whether they would win any award on the night.
The fans look forward to take part and to know whether their preferred artistes win any awards and the critics look forward to see what the 4Syte Music Video Awards would add to the scene and whether it will live up to the hype.
This year, the organisers have announced that broadcaster and CEO of Empire Entertainment, Bola Ray and actress and host of At Home With on DStv and The One Show on Viasat 1, Joselyn Dumas will host the show.
The 4Syte Music Video has been running for the past four years and on the occasion of the fifth anniversary, the organisers have decided to dedicate this weekend’s to the promotion of indigenous Ghanaian music – highlife.
Mr Hego, was recently quoted as saying that “Highlife music is the only genre of music which is recognised all over the world as the authentic Ghana music so we want to use this year’s awards to promote highlife in particular and Ghanaian music in general.”
Some of the great Ghanaian artistes have been billed to perform on the night and they include Kwabena Kwabena, Castro de Destroyer and Sakordie.
The artistes with the highest number nominations include Sarkodie, Okyeame Kwame, and EL while Bisa KDei, Efya, R2Bees and M.anifest all earned multiple nominations.
But surely all nominated artistes will look forward to winning something on the night.
