Kris Jenner 'devastated' by Kim's sex tape
Kris Jenner was ''devastated'' when her daughter Kim Kardashian West's sex tape was leaked online.

The 62-year-old matriarch has seemingly accepted that her daughter's raunchy video was the reason her whole family was thrown into the limelight and is subsequently so successful now, but she has admitted she was distraught when she saw the footage - which captured the brunette beauty bedding her then-boyfriend Ray J - back in 2007.
Speaking on a new episode of 'OBJECTified', which will air this weekend, Kris Jenner said: ''You know I can't control what other people say and obviously that was a hard thing to go through.
''The thing I learned from that is that you can get through anything as a family. That was obviously a real hard time for any mom, it was devastating.''
Last year, a new book claimed that Kris Jenner was the mastermind behind the leak after she allegedly encouraged Kim, 37, to sign a contract with Vivid Entertainment at the time because it was a quick way to find fame.
Author Ian Halperin quotes a source in his book 'Kardashian Dynasty' as saying: ''It was Kris Jenner who engineered the deal behind the scenes and was responsible for the tape seeing the light of day.''
Kim - who has children North, five, Saint, two, and Chicago, seven months, with husband Kanye West - threatened to sue Vivid and was paid a reported $5 million settlement, but the tape was still released.
The author concluded: ''It is clear that Vivid would not have announced plans to distribute Kim's tape without a clear indication from the family that they would give the go-ahead once they had come to terms on a price.''
However, Kris has always maintained that she had nothing to do with Kim's sex tape being leaked.
