UTV’s Ama Sarpong Kumankuma marries

Congratulatory messages flooded the various social media platforms for UTV presenter, Ama Sarpong Kumankuma who tied the knot with Very Rev. Charles K. Gyasi at the St John’s Methodist Church, Tantra Hills last Saturday.

The couple, who settled for an all-white wedding could hardly suppress their smiles from pictures posted on social media.

It was a well-attended event with family, friends and workers of Despite Group of Companies joining the couple to show their love and support.

Ama transitioned from radio to UTV and is one of the recognisable faces on air. She does the newspaper review on the Morning Show, Adekye Nsoroma and reads the news.

She is, however, best known for hosting the discussion segment on their weekend telenovelas where she uses the tagline ‘Alagege.’
