The blast that was Decemba 2 Rememba
It was Citi FM’s ninth edition of Decemba 2 Rememba last Wednesday at the Accra International Conference Center and indeed they proved to patrons they had it all well planned.

Unlike most concerts that start late, Decemba 2 Remember had taken off by 8:30 pm the show had started although most patrons were yet to show up.
The show, which had a tall list of artistes, was a good one judging from performances by the artistes and how well the show was arranged.
Emcee Jessica Opare- Saforo and her colleague dressed in white long-sleeve shirts introduced Akoo Nana as the first act on stage. Unfortunately, his performance was not lively enough and it took the next duo, Keche, to energise the party with their hit songs Sokode, Diabetes, Body Lotion and Pressure.
When they took their turns later, Artistes M.anifest, Kontihene, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale left the audience screaming for more with their sterling performances.
Kontihene was the best artistes on the night, and although he sang only five songs, he had the audience on their feet singing along with him. Kontihene knew what his fans wanted, so he did just that. He had recorded new singles but he chose not to sing the new ones but rather his old tunes that people enjoy.
Shatta Wale was the last act on stage and he did not disappoint his fans. The acclaimed dancehall king performed hit after hit songs to the delight of everyone.
The show had comedians DKB, Afia Schwarzenegger and Kalibos who dished out interesting jokes and made the evening an awesome one.
