Shata Wale and former manager Bulldog

Shatta dumps Bulldog

There is no smoke without fire, and as the dust settles it appears dancehall artiste Shatta Wale may have dumped his manager for not working hard enough to meet his expectation even as a statement from BullHaus Entertainment last Saturday confirming the split only put a positive spin on a troubled relationship.

Not long after Bullhaus Entertainment had announced severing ties with the award winning artiste, Shatta Wale in an interview with DJ Iyce of Happy FM explained that his manager Nana Nsiah Asiamah, known in showbiz circles as Bulldog, knew he (Shatta) was going to severe ties with him and so he just moved fast to make a formal announcement.

Shatta made it clear that Bulldog had not been functioning well as a manager and he already had plans to give him and Bullhaus the sack.

“Bulldog has not worked effectively as a manager and I wanted to sack him. I had already written a letter which I was going to put out there and they knew about it but they have written first to say they are no more working with me. In a nutshell, they knew I was going to write to them because I had already made my plans known to them,” Shatta said.

The split may have come as a surprise for many as Shatta and Bulldog had worked closely together for three years during which they left controversy upon controversy in their trail. And their split has stirred more controversy.

Meanwhile, the statement from Bullhaus entertainment and signed by one Kendrick Yehowada as CEO says The management of BullHaus Entertainment wishes to bring to the notice of the general public that we no longer have a working relationship with multiple award winning artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah aka Shatta Wale effective immediately.

“We are humbled to have been part of the success story until this point, and wish Shatta Wale all the best in his future endeavours.

“We also wish to thank Shatta Wale and his Shatta Movement team for choosing us as managers for his professional career for these past years.

“We will forever be fans of Shatta Wale and his music and still believe in the mantra of the Shatta Movement, “Shatta Movement for life”, the statement added.
