Broadcaster, Nana Aba Anamoah has been named as a guest speaker for a special edition of women empowerment initiative Live Girl Code Project at Central University tomorrow, Friday, November 24.
The News Editor of GHOne TV will be speaking on the topic “How to Overcome Failure” and will share how she overcame challenges in her professional career while encouraging them to strive to achieve their goals.
“Nana Aba Anamoah spearheads the media society for women in this country. She has helped, motivated, sensitized and educated the people of this country, especially young children who seek guidance in aspects of life where entrepreneurship, career, lifestyle choices to mention a few are concerned,” Producer of the Live Girl Code Project, Terry Mingle, told Showbiz.
“Her being a part of this project is expected to trigger an enthusiastic response from young women who want to reach their full potential in life and those who want to add significant value to their lifestyle,” he added.
Live Girl Code Project will take place at the Old Girls Hostel Car Park of the Central University.
The initiative seeks to empower women through mentoring by accomplished women in various industries on entrepreneurship, career choices and lifestyle.
Previous events at the University of Ghana, Legon, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana Telecom University Science College (GTUC), University of Professional Studies and Koforidua Technical University have attracted a large number of students.
It is hosted by Berla Mundi, who is the face of the project.
