Mcbrown unveiled host of Onua TV’s Onua Maakye show
The dust has settled on where popular actress, Nana Ama McBrown is moving to following a huge jamboree welcome by Media General’s Onua TV to officially announce her joining the Media General team earlier today, March 13.

Rumours of the maverick presenter parting ways with Despite Media’s UTV had been rife in the last few weeks when television presenter, Gloria Akpene Nyarku-Acquah popularly known as MzGee started hosting United Showbiz a fortnight ago.
Well, the big announcement is out and the Ghanaian screen goddess is joining Onua TV as host of the “Onua Maakye” morning show. Nana Ama McBrown hosted United Showbiz on UTV for almost three years.
“Akwaabaa.... From the entire Media General family, we welcome the beautiful and amazing @iamamamcbrown to the Onua family.
“You are welcome home Nana Ama,” a statement from Media General and published on their social media handles said.
Speaking during an Instagram live session on Berla Mundi’s page, Nana Ama McBrown stated;
“I don’t have the words to describe how I feel right now. God is taking me to the next level.”
The glorious reception was carried live on all Media General outlets including all their social media platforms.
As part of the welcome package was a performance by Akwaboah Jnr in honour of McBrown who also joined him to perform live to the admiration of the fans.
