The artiste, who is the leader of the gospel group, No Tribe, would be on the bill this year to celebrate one of Africa’s biggest music icons, Mister Music Man, Kojo Antwi.

In an interview with Showbiz on Tuesday, Nacy, disclosed that he felt honoured to have been selected for every edition of the LAL Ball and he attributed his inclusion this year to the passion he has for doing music.

“The principle I have in life is that whatever you do, you have to do it right and with the help of the Lord, you will find favour,” he said.

Nacy praised organisers of the LAL Ball, Imajin Advertising, for their initiative in honouring Ghanaian musicians who have distinguished themselves as legends in the industry and have worked tirelessly to pave the way for the younger generation.

“Some musicians work all their lives but have nothing to show for it and this is very unfortunate. This is the reason I feel the initiative by the organisers is a laudable one and should be supported so that it continues for years to come. It is my dream that one day, I will also be honoured as a legend,” he said.

Nacy promised patrons of the LAL Ball an excellent performance and assured them that he would give them nothing but the best on the night.

No Tribe held an executive launch of their latest album, One God, at the GS Plaza at the Golf House in Accra last Sunday and for Nacy, the album is a“blessing for the children of God”.

Altar and Three are their previous albums.
