So far so good for Coda, Maccasio
With the year almost coming to an end, Coda and Maccasio, two artistes affiliated to the Hyperlink Entertainment record label have released a brand new song So Far So Good meant to chronicle how successful the year has been for them.

The Tamale based record label has had a very busy year with various music releases from their team of artistes, who have enjoyed success in all parts of the country.
On So Far So Good, Coda and Maccasio begin by beating their chest about how they run the airwaves. The duo target their critics and detractors of the Hyperlink Entertainment who thought the group would not come far in the industry.
In the song, the duo sing that they fear no name and refuse to be broke like other rappers, adding that so far so good, they are killing us but we are not dying. Shame!.
The song rendered in mostly Dagbani is engaging and fun to listen to and uses the rhythm of local drums that is sure to get listeners tapping their feet to the rhythm.
Coda has released several singles since 2008 to 2012, which included songs such as What You Want, Dagban Bi Vieli, Kolikoli, Alankash, which featured, Shocker Blaze of Deensi fame, and Today, which also featured Abada Black Shanty and Lord Destro.
In an interview with Arnold Mashud, CEO of Hyperlink Entertainment, he disclosed that the year had been a good one for his outfit. He however added that he had even bigger plans for next year.
“This year has been a positive one but we want to achieve even greater things next year. We plan album releases from all our artistes next year. Without any doubt, Hyperlink Entertainment is revolutionlising the music industry in the Northern part of the country. We just opened one of the biggest studios that can rival those in any part of the country,” he said.
Arnold added that Hyperlink plan to institute a Northern Entertainment Excellence Award next year to recognise indigenes from the three northern regions who have distinguished themselves in the entertainment industry.
