Nacy ready for live music

In January this year, sound engineer Nacy announced that he was going to record live music by acquiring the needed equipments for that.

The multi-award winning engineer-producer, Nacy has renamed his Nacy Recordz studio at Mataheko in Accra to Tone Hall after refurbishing the place. 

The new studio has facilities for programming and all other aspects of music recording. A video production unit has also been attached to make it easier for clients who want to make videos of their songs as well.

Tone Hall would also be available for any engineer or producer who wants to rent it for a specific project. 

According to Nacy who has recorded songs for musicians such as Ohemaa Mercy, OJ, Herty Borngreat, Selina Boateng, Supt. Kofi Sarpong and Cecilia Marfo, the studio is opened to both gospel and circular musicians whose lyrics are clean. 

“Having been blessed by God to equip Tone Hall for excellent live work does not mean I have to monopolise it” he said.

The reason he established Tone Hall is to enable a lot of musicians do live performances. He explained “Every music can be performed live but in Ghana, the rappers most especially prefer to mime which is not too good. I can produce whatever beat any musician requires”

The leader of No Tribe group pointed out that, the group’s next album is strictly live and it is all being done at Tone Hall.
