MTN takes ‘Internet carnival’ to Kwahu

Easter is always time for a variety of fun activities in the Kwahu area of the Eastern Region and telecommunications company, MTN, is poised to add a new dimension to the fun galore this year.

Music will be a key part of deliberations as MTN for the first time, goes about organising what it calls ‘an Internet carnival’ at Kwahu Easter.

From Friday, April 18 to Sunday, April 20,  MTN will unleash lots of ladies onto the streets of Kwahu to help solve all data/internet problems that consumer’s experience, free of charge.

Christened ‘Aben Wo Ha Ladies,” after the popular Daddy Lumba song, the team will be specially dressed for easy identification by the public. 

The ladies will go through town offering one-on-one internet solution services to consumers. 

There will also be deejays on rotation with variety of performances at   24- hour data centres at Obomeng, Mpraeso and Pipease. 

The centres will serve as service hubs for consumers during the Easter festivities. 

Specific places for activations are: Obomeng (In Between Spot), Mpraeso (Ohene Nana Hotel) and Pepease (Modak Hotel). 

On Saturday, April 19, there will be performances at the various data centres by Naterial and  Koo Ntakra, both products of the MTN  Hit-Maker music talent competition.
