Kotey Another advises couples with 'Cheating On Me'
WHEN two talented artistes come together to work on a song, one should expect nothing but a good piece and that is exactly what Kotey Another and Nii Funny have done on Cheating On Me.
The two artistes sing about break ups due to infidelity in Cheating On Me which has started gaining attention in the Ga coastal communities because of the Ga language used and its fast tempo.

Kotey Another sings about couples taking hasty decisions to leave their partners because they cheat. He advises people to give their partners another chance when they stray.
Nii Funny who features on the song, comes in on the second verse saying although cheating hurts, couples should resolve their differences without going their separate ways because the grass is not always greener on the other side.
Speaking in an interview with Graphic Showbiz, Kotey Another said the idea for the song came about after three of his friends broke up with their partners and went into other relationships which were worse than the previous ones.
“The phrase, ‘the devil you know is better than the angel you don’t know’ is one I have applied to my life. It has helped me take some very good decisions but these friends of mine wouldn’t listen to me.
"They are not happy with their current partners because of the hasty decisions they took concerning their exes” he stated.
Kotey Another wishes Cheating On Me becomes a hit soon and makes an impact. “There are a lot of moral lessons in the song and I want couples to pay attention to the lyrics”, he said.
Kotey Another whose fans have been predominantly people in the Ga coastal communities has been in the music industry for close to five years. Some of his works include Why Me, Aaye, Mitsui, Yitso, Mli Sane and Nwura.
