The month of February is already here and several musicians are already gearing up for a memorable celebration of Valentine’s Day. One such artiste is hiplife duo, Dobble, of Walai Talai fame.
Come Valentine’s Day next week Friday, fans of Dobble will get a “dobble” treat from the Spark my Motor singers as they perform live for the first time their latest single, Good Mood, at the Aphrodisiac Night Club.
Ever since their new single was released last month, managers of the group have said that the duo made up of Nana Kwasi Aryeh and Gideon Adu- Gyamfi, have been preparing to give their fans the right feel of the song and were sure a Hook up party that would see the artiste perform for their fans would be the best platform, and a good reason why they are putting up such a show.
“We entreat everyone to come to the Aphrodisiac Night Club on February 14 for an electrifying performance. Come and feel and experience love at its best with Dobble” the managers said. “We won’t dish out only just love songs but also perform live all the hit songs including Walai Talai, Ee-Mana and Spark Ma Motor”.
Recorded by sound engineer Ocean Beat in Dansoman, Dobble’s Good Mood is a high-life song that talks about a couple expressing their affections for each other.
“We chose Good Mood as the title because people get to express their true feelings when they are in a good mood,” they said.
Managed by Empire Entertainment, Dobble, is currently working on the release of their 15 track debut album, Africa to the World, which is scheduled for release in a couple of weeks.
“Many people doubted our potential when we hit the limelight three years ago but we have proved with consistent hit songs that we are no underdogs in the game at all and our debut album will definitely confirm that,” they said.
Both graduates of NIIT, Dobble made entry onto the music scene in 2011 when they released their dedut single Walai Talai which became instant hit. They have not relented since then and have churned out stuff that portray them as great artistes in the making.
