4J band launch ‘Masem’ album
A 25-member band, 4 J (For Jesus Band), will launch their maiden album, Masem, at the Precious Family House Chapel, Haatso, in Accra on Sunday, December 28, at 3pm.

Some of the songs on the album which was recorded by three sound engineers Shadrack Yawson ( Shaa), Morgan and Ike are Mesua No Bi, Masem, We Praise Your Name, I Am Coming Lord.
The eight - track album is a mix of Highlife and Worship. The interdenominational group formed seven years ago is committed to raising the banner of Christ through music and evangelism.
Since its formation, the group is creditted for holding six major concerts and has had the privilege of sharing the stage with some of the well known gospel artistes and choirs.
In an interview with the Public Relations Officer, Ms Sandra Asiedu, on Tuesday, she said that the time was ripe for the group to launch its maiden album “ birthed from intense prayer and meditation”.
“We do contemporary gospel music with some fusions of local rhythms and this is demonstrated in our maiden album”, she said.
She was hopeful the album will receive positive feedback from the public after the launch because of the intense work that had gone into it.
The Jericho Praise Choir of Precious Family House Chapel and choreography group, Project 2:2:2, will support the album launch.
