AUDIO: Sodom and Gomorrah residents vow to vote against Mahama

The leadership of the angry residents who besieged the State House in Accra say they will vote against the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) if they fail to compensate them for last Saturday’s demolition exercise which has rendered hundreds of them homeless.

The angry youth are demanding they should be compensated and relocated after their houses were destroyed.

Some of them are also suggesting that buses should be made available for them to go back to the Northern Region where most of them migrated from.

Residents of Sodom and Gomorrah Monday hit the streets to demonstrate against the demolition exercise by the Accra Metropolitan Authority (AMA) in a bid to save the Korle Lagoon which has been polluted with plastics and other materials.
