The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of African Automobile Limited (AAL), Mr Mohammed S. Hijazi, yesterday tendered documents to the Judgement Debt Commission at its sitting in Accra.
The documents included audited accounts and tax returns from 1995 to 2012, certificates of judgements and rulings from three cases, and correspondence since 1995.

Ruling documents tendered in were in respect of African Automobile Vrs MDAs: Suit No. RPC 193/2008 delivered in 2009; International Automobile Limited Vrs MDAs: Suit No. RPC 194/2008 delivered in April 2010 and African Automobile Limited Vrs Ministry of Employment and Manpower Development: Suit No. 345/2007 delivered on July 31, 2010.
The other documents were agreements African Automobile Limited entered into with MDAs, which led to the judgement debts for which payment is being sought by the company.
