WIRED to participate in Ghana's Chalewote Arts Festival 2015

Wired, a subsidiary of Explainer DC, a digital agency operating in Ghana, would  be participating in this year’s ChalewoteArts Festival scheduled for August 22nd  and 23rd.

The event is on the theme "African Electronics, WIRED is in sync with the Chalewote vision; the African must own the power to connect its identity, ideas, culture and dreams with world."

It is also aimed at encouraging artists, lovers of the arts, to connect their passion to the world.
Addressing the media in Accra, Ms Enyonam Betty Kumahor, Chief Executive Officer of Explainer DC, said the company after 15 years’ experience in building internet-based solutions for large organisations, had to find a way to distill its expertise into affordable easy-to- adopt packages for small and medium sized companies and those trying  to take advantage of the online market.

She stated that the company has a lot of experience in web development, email hosting, Domain Name Management, Social Media Management, and digital marketing, adding that it has also transformed a number of small and medium scale companies in Ghana.

According to her, Explainer DC over the years, had developed and managed more than 300 websites and online assets for corporate institutions, multinationals, SMEs and individuals in Ghana and offshore.

"Our clientele includes Vodafone, Tigo, SGS, UN-IFDC, Société Générale, Ghana National Petroleum Company (GNPC), Mercedes Benz Ghana, HFC Bank, Aviance, GCNET, Kofi Annan Peace Keeping Centre, Ghana International School and Nyaho Medical Center." she said.

The CEO, explained that the company's  services were backed-up with a data hosting and disaster recovery services in Amsterdam and Accra and managed by IT and business professionals with over 30 years in the local, Pan African, European and American markets.
