Sollatek launches new products
The third area is the Solar Power which comprises of solar charge controllers, solar modules, batteries, solar streetlights and the remote system monitor.
The last area is Oem Refrigeration and this also comprises the temperature control & monitor, energy saving, voltage protection, voltage stabilisation and lamp ballasts.
Speaking at the launch, Dr Maan Allos, the Sales and Marketing Director of Sollatek UK, explained that the Voltage Protection range encompassed a very wide range protection for equipment in all industries.
He said the voltshield or guard range had an inbuilt “isense” technology which enabled the user to control how sensitive the Voltshield guard reacted to voltage problems. That, he said, could be achieved with a strategically placed isense dial.
Dr Maan said the voltshield or AVS products came in either single phase or three phases. These products protect fridges, deep freezers and air conditioners. The three phase ranges from 23 Amps to 1250 Amps per phase.
Dr Maan also stated that for computers and appliances which required some time to operate when there was power outage, the Voltsure range, also known as UPS/inverter range, could be used. The UPS ranges from 400VA to 2000VA and the Sollatek Powerback (Inverter) is up to 5KVA.
