The training, which was held in Accra and Kumasi, took all the territory managers, station managers and service quality officers through proper Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) practices; standard operating procedures, as well as sales, marketing and customer service management.

Addressing the staff during the training in Accra, the Chief Executive Officer of PETROSOL, Mr Michael Bozumbil, said the company was committed to devoting its resources to continually building the capacity of its staff to ensure that they acquired the necessary skills needed to work in the petroleum industry and to compete successfully in the highly competitive deregulated downstream industry.

He said PETROSOL would settle for nothing but quality because its consumers deserved quality service.

He, therefore, encouraged his staff to show keen interest in the training programmes and also put into practice what they were taught.

PETROSOL is a privately owned Ghanaian Oil Marketing Company (OMC) known in the industry for its commitment to service excellence, professionalism, industry best practices, as well as offering its consumers value for money.

It currently operates 70 fuel stations in partnership with fuel retailers across all the 10 regions of Ghana and also directly supplies bulk corporate consumers with petroleum products.
