Jollof rice tops Bolt Food orders in Ghana

According to data from the service, Jollof Rice stands as the single most popular item ordered since Bolt Food’s launch in 2020.
Another local favorite, Waakye, emerged as the most popular lunchtime meal, with over 760,000 deliveries of these iconic Ghanaian dishes made over the last five years.
The data also highlights an intriguing trend of late-night cravings, with more than 5,000 meals ordered after midnight, of which 3,500+ were pizzas. Pizza continues to be a global favorite, with over 1 million hot pizzas delivered globally via the platform.
