Jislah Financial Services wins Gold Award

The IAE is an annual programme of the Business Initiative Directions Awards (BID), designed to recognise the prestige of outstanding companies, organisations and businessmen in the business world.
The event brought together companies from over 72 countries, together with leaders from different business fields, professionals from the worlds of economics, the arts and corporate image, quality experts, as well as academic personalities and representatives of the diplomatic corps. Also present was the President and Chief Executive Officer of BID, Jose E. Prieto.
The citation accompanying the Jislah Financial Services award paid glowing tribute to the company’s commitment to quality, leadership, technology and innovation, stressing that Jislah Financial Services made quality a core focus for continuous improvement of management to maintain leadership in its sector and community.
Present to receive the award was the Chief Executive, Mr Emmanuel T. Obeng, who, later in an interview with journalists, underscored the contributions of the dedicated and industrious staff and loyal clients of the company, by whose collective effort, “we have reached this milestone and won this prestigious award.”
Jislah Financial Services, located in Accra, with its headquarters at Kokomlemle, is a subsidiary of Jislah Holdings Limited. The company has been at the fore-front of offering short-term bridge financing and investment opportunities to individuals and institutions in the country and beyond.
Some of the recent awards the company has received are West African Regional Magazine 2012 Annual Achievers Award, 2011; Ghana Club 100, Number 75; and an award from the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) as the third fastest growing company in Ghana for the year 2011.
