Google has restored Linda Ikeji’s blog after it was pulled down on Wednesday over alleged copyright infringement.
The blog –www.lindaikeji.blogspot.com- is the second most visited Nigerian website. It was hosted by Google on Blogger.com.
In a blog post Friday, Linda said Google officials realised the copyright infringement claims made against here were “bogus” after vetting the site.
The 34-year old, who is Africa's most popular blogger, expressed gratitude to readers and fans who she said stood by her during the difficult period when the site was offline.
Linda is said to earn $1 million annually from advertising on the blog.
