Gemini Life Insurance Company (GLICO) Group, provider of insurance and financial services, has set the month of November as its customer service month.
The annual event is organised in recognition and appreciation of the patronage and support of customers who are the target and mainstay of the successful business operations of the GLICO Group over the years.
A number of activities planned to mark the month include personal interaction with customers at all GLICO offices nationwide, exchange of views and opinions on GLICO’s range of products and services, as well as presentation of souvenir to customers who will transact business during the month-long period.
According to the company, there would also be a blood donation exercise for the Korle Bu Blood Bank in fulfilment of their tagline, “we cushion you for life” and in line with GLICO’s Corporate Social Responsibility policy. “Blood is life and what better way to cushion our clients apart from prompt claim payment than to ensure that their lives are sustained should they fall ill and need blood!” the company said in a statement announcing the month-long celebration.
The programme of activities would be rounded off with a GLICO Pensions Stakeholders’ Forum intended to give customers the opportunity to express and share ideas on ways and means of improving business relations, meeting the needs of customers and forging ahead together in the years to come.
GLICO says its key objective is to bring insurance on the doorstep of Ghanaians for which reason GLICO Life has set up insurance clinics at strategic locations across the country to examine clients’ policies and proffer customised solutions that would ensure the health of their policies geared towards offering maximum benefits at maturity.
GLICO Group is made up of six companies, namely Glico Life; Glico General; Glico Healthcare; Glico Financial Services; Glico Properties and Glico Pensions Trustee.
