The GLICO group, one of the biggest insurance companies in the country, has launched its customer service month in Accra. The annual event, dubbed “Inspire to win,” is being celebrated throughout the month of November to show the company’s appreciation to its clients.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Group Head of Corporate Affairs and Marketing of Glico, Ms Nana Efua Rockson, said the event was meant to celebrate customers of Glico and let them know that they “are instrumental in the company’s success.”
As part of the activities to mark the event, the company would conduct a blood donation exercise at the Korle Bu Blood Bank.
Policy holders of the company will also receive souvenirs from the company any time they conduct business at Glico branches nationwide.
The company will also interact with clients and policyholders to learn about their experiences and some of the challenges with regard to their dealings with Glico in order for them to gain more insights into the company’s activities to help it improve its service delivery.
The month-long event will culminate in the 10th anniversary celebration of GLICO Healthcare.
Mrs Rockson stated that the “Customer Service Month” had become a benchmark in the insurance industry because of its purpose of bringing clients and the company together.
