Fertiliser importer supports 3 farmers

Rejuvenate Gaia Global Limited, the sole licensed importer and dealer of Greenfert Organic Granular Fertiliser has supported three farmers with a total amount of GH¢10,000 through its ‘Buy and Win’ promotion.

The promotion that runs throughout 2023 will see GH¢10,000 to be shared among three lucky farmers every month.

The three lucky winners in the first draw of the promo were Vivian Abora from the Secondi-Takoradi Municipal Assembly, who received a cash prize of GH₵4,000. The second and third place went to Bek & Bek Farms, and Joseph Teye Kofi, both from the Yilo Krobo Municipal Assembly, taking away with GH₵3,000 each,

To qualify, farmers are required to buy one or more Greenfert Organic fertiliser from any of its registered agents nationwide.

Speaking at the draw, the Managing Director of Rejuvenate, Randolph Obeng-Frimpong, said after years of supplying Greenfert organic granular fertiliser grains to Ghanaian farmers, the company deemed it necessary to celebrate its relationship with its cherished farmers across the regions of the country.

“This promotion is special in a way as every farmer stands the chance to win some cash on a purchase of some Greenfert organic fertiliser from any of our agents spread across Ghana,” he said.

He said in order to make the promotion fair, each purchase had the same chance of winning. So, a peasant farmer who buys only one bag and a commercial farmer who buys more than one bag can all win. A commercial farmer will only get a second chance if he/she buys more than 200 bags in the same month.

“The good thing about Greenfert organic fertiliser is the experimental process after which the farmer begins to reap the benefit of 100 per cent retention in terms of quality of crop production and harvested crops while maintaining sustainability and fixing the soil,” Mr Obeng-Frimpong noted.

He added that it was a two-in-one product that enhanced crop production and also concentrated on enhancing soil quality, with the most important aspect being its affordability on the market.

Rewarding customer loyalty 

Deputy Managing Director, Rejuvenate, Dr Gameli Nordor, for his part mentioned that the initiative was aimed at rewarding customer loyalty and also celebrating its relationship with the cherished farmers across in the country.

“All we are aiming to do is to give farmers additional help aside from the top-quality fertiliser we have been providing that solves a two-in-one problem, which is providing the soil with the right nutrients and also fixing the soil in the long term due to its organic nature.

Greenfert is a one-time application product that lasts for at least six months, providing the right quantity of nutrients required by the crops,” he said.

He added that Greenfert fertiliser was a hundred per cent organic and hence aided in soil improvement, therefore farmers should opt for the 4-3-3 formula brand of product for an increase in yield.
