Dwadifo Adanfo launches new website

 

Dwadifo Adanfo, a micro-finance company, has unveiled its new web address and a site for quick and easy interaction between the company and its customers.

The website with the address www.dwadifoadanfo.com  is designed to enable customers to have a 24/7 access to the company’s products. It will also enable the company to regularly answer questions posed by customers and segmented to suit customer preferences and requirements.

The company has also designed a segment on the website that would allow job seekers to upload their curriculum vitae online to apply for jobs.

At the launch of the site in Accra, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, Mr Charles Amonoo, demonstrated how the website operates.

He said the website which had already been in existence but had now been enhanced would provide customers with the best choice ever.

Mr Amonoo noted that the new web design was user friendly and its ‘’Adanfo Live Chat ‘’segment enabled customers to communicate their needs to the staff of the company.

“Our newly developed website supports the latest versions of all major browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 810, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Apple's Safari’’ he said.

According to Mr Amonoo, the new website is responsive and 100 per cent compatible with any desktop, laptop, mobile and tablet devices.  “You can see it anywhere and from any device”, he noted.

Other segments on the website include “Anytime, Anywhere”-which allows customers to access  the company anywhere and anytime on the internet.

The “Optimisation” page that allows customers to drop their contacts and addresses for feedback from staff of the company and the “Identify your segment” address which connects users  to learn about  products and their requirements, their unique features, and the benefits one can derive from their patronage.
