CIMG upgrades members' knowledge on branding
“Without branding either as a strategic investment or as a luxury people will not know who you are, what you do or why they should spend their money on your products or services,” he said.
He explained further that branding as a process involved creating a unique name and image for a product in the consumers' mind through advertising campaigns with a consistent theme.
“Branding is not about getting your target market to choose you over the competition; it is about getting your prospects to see you as the only one that provides a solution to their problem,” he said.
He noted that market focus had the greatest positive influence on companies that resulted in customer-oriented thinking, perspective, higher profits, customer loyalty, innovation company commitment and better market position.
