Catherine Quaidoo joins Bond Financial Services
The Bond Financial Services team, a non-banking financial company, has added to its leadership, a seasoned banker, Ms Catherine Kakra Quaidoo, as Senior Manager, Operations.

Ms Quaidoo joins the team from First Atlantic Bank where she was the Head of Operations, Audit Unit.
She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Ghana Business School in addition to a diploma in Financial Management which she obtained in 2002.
Ms Quaidoo has diverse experience in main stream banking, having started her career in 1993 as an officer in the Foreign Operations Department at Meridian BIAO Bank which later became the Trust Bank and now part of ECOBANK.
She moved on to become the Assistant Treasurer of First Atlantic Merchant Bank between 1997 and 1999 and subsequently worked in various capacities in different departments within the bank.
Between 2007 and 2011, Ms Quaidoo was the Branch Manager of the Makola branch of First Atlantic Merchant Bank which she set up.
During the period, she headed the Operations Audit Unit of the bank where her main tasks were to provide assurance to management and the sub-committee of the board on the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes and procedures.
Her inclusion in the Bond team is a major boost to the strategic development of the company, due to her rich experience in relationship management, banking services as well as customer service.
