Swiss International Hotels & Resorts has signed a license agreement with the owning company of Alisa Hotels in a partnership deal.

It will help upgrade facilities and improve services to meet global standards in the hospitality and hotel industry.

The license agreement with Alisa Hotels, which took effect from May 1, marked the entry of Swiss International into Ghana.

Ghana will now be the company’s fifth African country and its entry consolidates its goal of becoming a leading hospitality brand in Africa and reach its objective of having 150 hotels globally by 2020.

The flagship property of Alisa Hotels, situated in North Ridge, Accra, will be renamed Swiss Spirit Hotel and Suites Alisa-Accra.

As part of the agreement, the hotel has started re-branding and rigorous staff training initiatives to raise the bar of its hospitality services.

New facilities

Besides an upgrade of services and facilities, Swiss Spirit Hotels & Suites Alisa-Accra, made up of upscale rooms and suites, will also offer an extraordinary culinary experience through their signature outlet brands of Swiss Café Restaurant & Lounge and TED&CO Lounge, Inspirations Pool& Bar.
