30 Outstanding entrepreneurs to be honoured
Thirty most outstanding entrepreneurs in Ghana will be outdoored and inducted in April this year, into the Ghana Entrepreneurs Awards Hall of Fame 2015.

They were selected from 120 entrepreneurs who had received recognition for their various contributions to the growth of Ghana’s economy at the Ghana Entrepreneurs Awards which have been held annually for the past four years.
Speaking to the Daily Graphic in Accra, the Chief Executive Officer of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Ghana, organisers of the event, Mr Sam Ato Gaisie, said the Hall of Fame concept celebrated the stories of Ghana’s most successful entrepreneurs.
The awards scheme, according to him, had been redesigned this year to reflect the foundation’s fifth anniversary year, adding that “it has been five years of recognising the hard work and productive efforts of entrepreneurs.”
“It recognises entrepreneurs whose contribution to the development of Ghana has spanned several years. The recipients of these awards are then inducted into the Ghana Entrepreneurs Hall of Fame,” Mr Gaisie said.
He said inductees would constitute a think tank that would focus on promoting the interest of the private sector and entrepreneurs in Ghana.
The Hall of Fame is an elite group of entrepreneurs who have been recognised and awarded by the Entrepreneurs Foundation for their exceptional entrepreneurial achievements and accomplishments in creating economic and social value, Mr Gaisie said.
“So, inducting them into the Hall of Fame will enable them to share ideas and offer policy ideas to sustain the private sector,” he added.
