The underground musician born Somuah Kwabena Benjamin, believes the time was ripe for him to ‘explode’ and exhibit the kind of stuff he is made of.

With 17 songs to his credit, the six-foot tall, dark artiste has been unlucky to market his talents following a series of hitches but believes the Kumasi show will expose him to the world.

His 17 songs which are based on real life situations include God Over Evil, Work Hard, Play Hard, Take It Slow and Bill Up.
As he gears up to excite music lovers in Kumasi, the Kwahu-born Accra-based musician has assured his fans of a good show. He sums it up,” I will unleash my creativity and unique style of dancehall music laced with ‘root rockers’ and lots of stagecraft.

‘Every musician has something he stands for and mine is to send a message to the world about how good and true God is,’ Jahreal told Graphic Showbiz in Kumasi last Monday.

Jahreal(God is real) was nominated in the Discovery of the year category of the Bass 2015 Awards but was unlucky to grab the silverware.
However, he was second time lucky in the same year when he was awarded at the Best Gum Awards to atone for his earlier miss.

As part of his branding, the fashionista is marketing himself with his good looks, Rasta-hair and height.

Jahreal who is putting together his singles into an album is gearing up to storm Kumasi with his producer, Dream Jay, who also happens to produce award winning rapper Manifest.
