The Kings' Crew to take over urban gospel

Gospel trio, The Kings' Crew popularly known as TKC made up of Chara, a student of KNUST, Clericus and Kray all of the University of Ghana, Legon is ready to soar higher with their music.

The group which was formed in 2013 but released their first single in 2014 has won many accolades including the award for Group of the Year 2015 at the maiden edition of the Holypop Awards.

The group is set to release a single, Dem Go Shame, off their maiden album today, Thursday, June 22 via their Sound Cloud page and other websites.

Speaking to Showbiz on Tuesday, manager of the group Teddy OT said, “With my years of experience as an artiste manager, I can say that this group will take urban music out to international heights. They are very good artistes and ever since I signed them onto Gospel Town Africa they have improved tremendously.”

Teddy OT is known for the huge successes he chalked with Afro Urban trio Preachers when he managed them.

Founded in 2010, Gospel Town Africa is a Ghanaian Christian entertainment organisation made up of vibrant youth who are geared towards changing the face of entertainment.

“We seek to give young talented people the platform and support to exhibit their talents in a more decent and modern way but with beauty, style and class,” Teddy said.
