The Ugandan football administrator is well versed in security issues and would supervise security personnel to the stadium to make sure players and fans are safe before as well as after the game.

This is the first time Mandu will oversee security issues in a CAF game despite his experience in that role in the Ugandan domestic league.
Currently, he is the Deputy CEO of the Ugandan Football Federation and is also a member of the country’s Super League board.
The two countries will meet in the first leg at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on November 13, with the reverse fixture in the northern Sudanese city three days later.
