Rockcare Group of Companies, producers of Genecure 442 and Alkamin Natural Mineral Water, has partnered the Ghana Tennis Federation (GTF) to organise the second National Ranking Tour for 2017 from March 13 to 18.
The tournament, christened “The Alkamin Open 2017”, will see the company voting GH¢50,000 to cater for branding, media, cash prizes for winners, feeding for players and officials, among others.
Speaking at the launch yesterday at the tennis arena of the Accra Sports Stadium, a representative from Rockcare Group Dr Antwi Tetteh, said; “Our ultimate aim for coming on board was to help develop lesser-known sports in the country.
“We do not have a duration for this sponsorship with the GTF but we will be with them till the end of the year; and as long as we are able to achieve results, we will continue to sponsor their tournaments and programmes for a couple of years,” he added.
