Youth Wing of NPP Ablekuma Central defeats NPP Ablekuma South in football friendly
An exhilarating and nerve-wracking experience was witnessed at the Stephen Appiah Astro Turf in Mamprobi, as the Youth Wing of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Ablekuma South Constituency hosted their counterparts from Ablekuma Central.

The two teams exhibited impressive showmanship and talent on the field, with supporters trooping in large numbers to cheer them on. However, the gallant youth of Ablekuma Central, playing as the away team, appeared more organized, motivated, and strong-spirited.
Several dignitaries, including Mr. Jefferson Sackey, Deputy Director of Communications at the Jubilee House, and NPP Parliamentary Candidate Aspirant for the Ablekuma Central Constituency, were in attendance at the Friday night game.
During the halftime break, Mr. Sackey encouraged the players and urged them to give their best in the second half, assuring them of a winning bonus at the end of the match.
At the end of the 90 minutes football game, the Ablekuma Central team emerged victorious with a 2-0 scoreline, triggering cheers and celebration among their fans.
Each player received the promised winning bonus for their outstanding performance.
Mr. Sackey, in a speech to the Ablekuma Central team after the match, lauded their collective effort in securing victory for the Constituency. Before the football match, he presented a set of branded jerseys and a donation of GHS1,000 to the leadership of the Youth Wing and also facilitated the transportation of the team.
A return fixture for the match has been scheduled for Friday, May 12, 2023, at the Lord's Wembley Park in Shukura, in the Ablekuma Central Constituency.
