Second women’s DOL club administrators course underway at Prampram
The second batch of female football administrators from the regional Women's Division One League (DOL) began training last Thursday at the GFA Technical Centre, Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, Prampram.

This three-day course, which concludes on September 14, aims to enhance participants' skills in leadership, strategic planning, communication, and marketing within women’s football.
The training is being conducted by experts Thubaelihle Bridgette Sibanda and Michelle Jane Kerr.
Topics
Key topics to be covered include leadership and strategic planning, communication and marketing, the implementation of women's football strategy, and women’s competition management. Additionally, the course will address FIFA safeguarding standards and measures to protect the integrity of the game.
The course is designed to empower women in football administration and promote gender equality within the sport, offering participants the tools they need to excel in their roles.
