Sam Johnson unveils Body Fitness Centre
Former Black Stars defender, Sam Johnson, last Saturday unveiled a new fitness centre at Dansoman in Accra, known as the Body Fitness Centre.

The facility, which is equipped with the latest training gadgets, also comes with a smoothies shop to serve patrons with healthy and nutritious fruit drinks.
Speaking to the Graphic Sports about the centre yesterday, Johnson said his motive for establishing the fitness centre was his way of giving back to society.
He said as a former sportsman, he valued the importance of good health and that informed his decision to set up the centre to give people the opportunity to exercise in order to avoid visiting the hospitals all the time.

The former Accra Heart of Oak and Fenerbahce player encouraged all, who wanted to leave a healthy life to make it a point to visit the centre.
He added that various packages had been made available to meet all pockets.
He said what also made the fitness centre unique was that they had various groups that one could join and also stated that they invited health experts to come and educate our people on healthy lifestyle.
Johnson said the centre was open to everybody and encouraged all to patronise the facility which would offer them an experience that would never be witnessed anywhere.
