Group’s mandate

On April 22, the Asantehene, the sole shareholder of Kotoko, concerned about the acrimony and unending media attacks on the club's Executive Chairman, Dr Kwame Kyei, over the club's non-payment of the $180,000 debt to Tunisian side, Esperance, announced the formation of the three-member committee to investigate Dr Kyei's three-year mandate as well as the debt due to Esperance.

The team will look also into the failure by Kotoko to meet certain regulatory requirements of the Premier League’s Club Licensing system.
